Ingredients

Instructions

1. Combine 3 Cups flour, sugar, yeast, salt and baking soda.
2. Heat liquids until very warm (approx. 120 - 130 degF). Add to dry mix and beat well.
3. Stir in enough more flour to make a stiff batter.
4. Spoon into (2) 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 pans that have been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
5. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
6. Bake at 400 degF for 25 minutes.
7. Remove from pans immediately and let cool.
